Refunds
Two lines, as promised.
Fourteen days, full refund, no reason needed — as long as you have not downloaded more
than two files from the library. Email mybookwhb12345@gmail.com
with the payment reference and it is returned the same way it was paid.
There is no form to fill in and no retention offer. If you downloaded three or more files the refund is declined, and that is the only condition — it exists because the files cannot be un-downloaded.
Cancelling
There is nothing to cancel. A pass is a single payment for twelve months and it expires on its own. No card is stored, so nothing can renew and nothing needs stopping.
If a price changes
What you paid covers twelve months at the price you paid. A later price change never affects a pass already bought, and there is no upgrade charge if the price goes up mid-year.
